Please contact one of the directors if you have a specific food-related restriction or allergy that we should be aware of. We will do our best to provide appropriate menu items for you.
ARRIVAL: Please arrive on Wednesday after 3 p.m. Please contact Matt or Seth for your family cabin assignment. After unloading your vehicle at the cabin please park it in the parking lot for the remainder of the camp. For safety reasons vehicles may not be driven back and forth throughout the camp. Exceptions will be made for expectant mothers.
DEPARTURE: We must completely clean the campground before we leave. We want to leave it nicer than when we arrived. See the directors for details. Pack up and clean up begins at 11:00 a.m. Saturday. Please do not leave without helping to clean up.
DRESS CODE: If shorts, dresses, or skirts are worn they must be knee length or longer. No tight jeans, shorts, shirts, or pants. Wear loose fitting clothing. All shirts must be modest. No sleeveless shirts of any kind. No half-tops, muscle shirts, tank-tops, or t-shirts with offensive language or graphics on them. We don’t believe anyone intends to offend others by their attire.
